Mixing pieces from your summer and fall wardrobe can be a lot of fun! It is definitely not cool in Denver at this point, but my love for fall has me incorporating seasonal pieces whenever possible.
I recently purchased this boyfriend blouse by Sanctuary and it inspired this outfit. The feel of this top is incredibly soft, and the fit is oversized. You could pair this top with jeans, shorts, a skirt or tights. Plaid is great because you can pull from the colors in your shirt when picking the rest of your outfit. Let your plaid determine the color palate.
One of my favorite summer ’17 purchases was this pair of white shorts by One Teaspoon. Aside from the high waist, my favorite aspect of these shorts is that they are longer in the back and shorter in the front. This not only makes for a super comfortable fit, but also keeps you covered in the right places!
These boots by Stuart Weitzman were an investment piece for me last fall, and I’m still obsessed with them! Last year I lived in San Francisco and heels were not an option because I walked to work every day. I love the comfortable but dressed up nature of these boots. You can pair them with shorts, a dress, a skirt, skinny denim or tights.
