The other night Tim and I were at Linger enjoying some appetizers and drinks on their roof deck and I thought to myself, it’s time to share some of my favorite outdoor happy hour spots! As always you can shop my outfit details at the end of this post 😉
Linger! – One of the reasons we love Linger is the roof deck. They have a dinning area as well as a casual area where seats are first come first serve. There are two cute repurposed vans on the roof deck, one serving as a bar and the other for food prep. I recommend trying the Colorado Lamb Kabob and the New Saigon (pictured above). The New Saigon is comprised of gin, cucumber, thai basil, jalapeno, lime, and black pepper. The black pepper around the rim is such a cute touch, I’m definitely going to try that at home! For those of you into sweeter drinks they offer a delicious Frosé! You can find their July rooftop dinner menu here. I have had so many things on this menu, and nothing disappoints!

Next up, Avanti F&B (food and beverage)! Their rooftop bar is a popular spot to say the least. Every time I’ve been it’s pretty much packed, but not in a bad way. The rooftop boasts great views, you can even see inside a portion of Coors Field (the baseball stadium)! There is a fair amount of furniture so you can usually find a spot to sit on a busy night if you give it a few minutes. Avanti F&B includes a collection of restaurants in addition to their rooftop bar so you can order from wherever you want and take your snacks with you to a pretty spot on the deck.
Last but not least, Angelo’s Taverna in Littleton, CO. Our good friends told us about Angelo’s and we love it! There is a Denver location as well, but the ambiance at their Littleton location is extra special. They have a massive outdoor patio that wraps around their restaurant, including a fire-pit with lots of adorable adirondack chairs. They share the building with Carboy Winery which offers all day happy hour on Monday because… well, Monday wink wink 😉 Some of our favorites on the Angelo’s happy hour menu include the char grilled oysters, the pizza, and the Rosé of Syrah which is on-tap from Carboy. Their pizza is seriously insane; my favorite in Colorado so far! If you are a ranch with your pizza kind of person like I am it’s also good to know they have great ranch! Pro tip, call in before you show up – They don’t accept reservations but you can call in to reserve a spot in advance if you are on your way.

I hope you get a chance to check out these hot spots! Nothing beats a good cocktail & some appetizers shared with great friends!
