The Broadmoor is just perfection! Tim & I spent the 4th of July there and absolutely fell in love! Speaking of love, here are some items we wore and why they are so great…
This hat by San Diego Hat company is a serious summer staple of mine. I just love the black band and bow on the back!
I recently picked up this linen blend button down from Rails, the Charli Button Down. The lightweight nature of this fabric is perfect for summer and getting some coverage on a hot day. I chose to style it in a knot after unbuttoning the last few buttons.
My white denim shorts are from One Teaspoon, the High Waist Bonitas. These shorts are shorter in the front and longer in the back. It’s a flattering cut that thankfully covers your buns (wink wink).
The Broadmoor’s infinity pool is gorgeous and overlooks the pond which is the center of their property. Mimosas don’t hurt either!
My husband is a great golfer, so I rode along with him for a ride on their East course, their tournament course.
We took this shot in their library which is the cutest little room packed with various adorable seating nooks like this one.
I packed my red, white, and blue Michael Starts scarf for our trip, along with this Ashton Dress by Lovers + Friends, and a pair of gold Tory Burch sandals, similar style linked below.
The fun decor is endless!
Here is the entrance to the hotel, obsessed!
This dress is one of my favorite purchases in a long time. The shorts underneath are perfect for summer. I’m 5’5” and this dress is just right with 3” heels. I made a side knot with the train so I could wear it comfortably with flats.
It was a hot weekend so Tim stuck to shorts and polos. This polo is from Lululemon, his shorts are by AG jeans. AG offers their Griffin short in multiple colors at Nordstrom. They have a slim fit, are relatively long, and are crafted from durable yet soft fabric.
The Broadmoor is such a special and beautiful place to visit. It is very family oriented, and the vintage details of the hotel are maintained to perfection!
Happy shopping and exploring 😉
